"TIMES WE HAD" PICKED UP FOR NINE NETWORK'S THE FOOTY SHOW (NRL) OPENING

The Footy Show (NRL) has picked up Kid Mac's "Times We Had" as their opening titles track for this season. The Footy Show Producers contacted Kid Mac to write this years opening theme song and Mac re-wrote some lyrics of the original version of "Times We Had", which the team at The Footy Show we big fans of. Mac, being a footy fan himself, was excited & proud to be involved in the project.
The new version of "Times We Had" will be released later this year. The Footy Show will be back on air for the 2013 NRL season Thursday 4th March.

Mesmerizing to the core, The Crew is a documentary series that follows the extraordinary lives of 3 best mates. Richie 'Vas' Vaculik, Mark Mathews & Kid Mac are all chasing their goals as they strive to be the top of their game. All three journeys are intertwined in a fascinating display of friendship, support and adrenalin pumping action.

Kid Mac’s No Mans Land tour kicks off on June 29 to celebrate the release of Mac’s highly anticipated album which was released on May 4.
Kid Mac delivered his first track off the album in April - the super punchy ‘SHE GOES OFF’ featuring US artist Mickey Avalon. She Goes Off has already clocked over 100,000 views on YouTube and features cameo’s from Snoop Dogg, Steve Aoki and Sarah McLeod. The song is getting airplay on Nova nationally and MTV. It’s just a taste of what’s to come from one of Australia’s emerging talents.

KID MAC WINS "ARTIST OF THE YEAR" & "BEST VIDEO" @ 2012 MUSICOZ AWARDS

Kid Mac took out the "Best Video" and "Artist Of The Year" awards at last nights 2012 MusicOz Awards held at the Sydney Opera House. US Artist, Mickey Avalon flew in a few days ahead of his Australian Tour to join Kid Mac on stage as they performed Mac's latest single "She Goes Off" to a packed Sydney Opera House Concert Hall and to the thousands that tuned in on the live BigPond & YouTube broadcast stream.
Soon after, Kid Mac was awarded "Best Video" for "Nobody Sleep, Nobody Get Hurt" which was Produced by Mac himself (along with George Kacevski) and Directed by Nick Kacevski.
The final and major award of the night was for "Artist Of The Year" and was awarded to an estatic Kid Mac, who dedicated the award to his parents!
With 2 awards under his belt, several raving album reviews and a national headline tour soon to be announced, 2012 is shaping up to be a big year for Kid Mac!

Kid Mac is the only Australian artist on the soundtrack and joins some of the biggest acts in the world such as Eminem, Cee-Lo, Friendly Fires, Busta Rhymes, Yelawolf & Travis Barker to name a few.
The game has sold over 5 million copies world wide making it one of the highest selling sporting games over the likes of FIFA.
NBA 2K12 hits the shelves October 6th.
